NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 20th day of June, 2014, and entered in Case No. 52-2012-CA-010572, of the Circuit Court of the 6TH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein HSBC BANK USA, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR THE HOLDERS OF NOMURA ASSET ACCEPTANCE CORPORATION, ALTERNATIVE LOAN TRUST, SERIES 2005-WF1 is the Plaintiff and KATIE HOARD A/K/A KATHIE E WHISENANT HOARD A/K/A KATHIE E WHISENANT; DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY AS INDENTURE TRUSTEE FOR CERTIFICATEHOLDERS OF ACE SECURITIES CORP. HOME EQUITY LOAN TRUST, SERIES 2006-GP1, ASSET BACKED SECURITIES, SERIES 2006-GP1; STATE OF FLORIDA DEPARTMENT OF REVENUE; ELSA M. HOARD; CHRISTOPHER N HOARD; UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, on the 19th day of August, 2014, at 10:00 AM on Pinellas County's Public Auction website: www.pinellas.realforeclose.com in accordance with chapter 45, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 3, BLOCK 1, OF HARBOR LAKES UNIT 1, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 73, PAGE 94, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
