NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated July 22, 2014 and entered in Case No. 14-000197-CI of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for PINELLAS County, Florida wherein JAMES B. NUTTER & COMPANY is the Plaintiff and DOLORES PEREZ; WILFREDO PEREZ; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER, AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS; UNITED STATES OF AMERICA ON BEHALF OF U.S. DEPARTMENT OF HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT; TOWN APARTMENTS,INC., NO. 18, A CONDOMINIUM; are the Defendants, The Clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at an online sale at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00AM, on 09/08/2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
THAT CERTAIN PARCEL CONSISTING OF HULL UNIT NO. 12, AS SHOWN ON CONDOMINIUM PLAT OF TOWN APARTMENTS, INC. NO. 18, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 3, PAGES 12 AND 13, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA AND BEING FURTHER DESCRIBED IN THAT CERTAIN DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM FILED 8/14/68 IN OFFICIAL RECORD BOOK 2888, PAGES 636 THROUGH 690, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA AND AMENDMENTS THERETO, TOGETHER WITH THE EXHIBITS ATTACHED THERETO AND MADE A PART THEREOF; AND TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO. TOGETHER WITH IMPROVEMENTS LOCATED THEREON. SUBJECT TO EASEMENTS, RESTRICTIONS AND RESERVATIONS OF RECORD.
