NO. 18, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 3, PAGES 12 AND 13, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA AND BEING FURTHER DESCRIBED IN THAT CERTAIN DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM FILED 8/14/68 IN OFFICIAL RECORD BOOK 2888, PAGES 636 THROUGH 690, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA AND AMENDMENTS THERETO, TOGETHER WITH THE EXHIBITS ATTACHED THERETO AND MADE A PART THEREOF; AND TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO.
