Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to a Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure entered on 02/24/2014 in the above-styled cause, in the Circuit Court of Pinellas County, Florida, the office of Ken Burke clerk of the circuit court will sell the property situate in Pinellas County, Florida, described as:
A tract of land lying within Block 144, MAP OF SUTHERLAND, recorded in Plat Book 1, Page 1, Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida of which Pinellas County was formerly a part, located in Section 1, Township 28 South, Range 15 East, Pinellas County, Florida and further described as follows:
From a POINT OF BEGINNING at the Northeast corner of Block 144, MAP OF SUTHERLAND run South 89° 40'59” West along the South boundary of the Ohio Avenue for 120.50 feet; thence South 00° 17'01” East for 134.00 feet; thence South 89° 40'59” West for 150.00 feet; thence South 00° 17'01” East for 91.10 feet; thence North 89° 47'55” East for 270.52 feet; thence North 00° 17'19” West for 225.65 feet to the POINT OF BEGINNING.
