YOU ARE NOTIFIED that an action for dissolution of marriage has been filed against you and that you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to it on the Petitioner / Husband, JEFFREY W. BERG, c/o Alan S. Rosenthal, Esquire, Rosenthal Law Group, P.A., 3909 Central Avenue, St. Petersburg, Florida 33713 on or before 8/29/2014, and file the original with the clerk of this Court at 315 Court Street, Clearwater, Florida 33756, before service on Petitioner or immediately thereafter. If you fail to do so, a default may be entered against you for the relief demanded in the petition.
The action is asking the Court to decide how the following real or personal property should be divided: 2005 Chevy Silverado registered and titled in the Petitioner / Husband's name only, which is paid for, and in the possession of the Petitioner / Husband. The Petitioner / Husband shall retain this vehicle as his sole property. Also, the parties own as tenants by the entireties, real property situated in Pinellas County, Florida, which real property is specifically located at 6401 Orchard Drive North, St. Petersburg, Florida 33702. The real property is currently in foreclosure and both parties shall be equally responsible for any and all liability, debts, expenses, or the like connected with the property; including but not limited to mortgage, taxes, insurance, late fees, deficiencies, judgments or the like and each party shall hold harmless and indemnify the other as to their fifty percent (50%) share of same.
Copies of all court documents in this case, including orders, are available at the Clerk of the Circuit Court's office. You may review these documents upon request.
You must keep the Clerk of the Circuit Court's office notified of your current address. (You may file Notice of Current Address, Florida Supreme Court Approved Family Law Form 12.915.) Future papers in this lawsuit will be mailed to the address on record at the clerk's office.
