NOTICE OF SALE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated April 23, 2014, and entered in Case No. 12-005926-CI of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein Bank of America, National Association, is Plaintiff and John Hotz, et al., are Defendant, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via an online auction at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00 A.M. on the 20th day of August, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot 5, Block C, Tetreault Subdivision, according to the map or plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 6, Page 60, of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.
Property Address: 4735 23RD ST N ST PETERSBURG 33714
and all fixtures and personal property located therein or thereon, which are included as security in Plaintiff's mortgage.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
