NOTICE OF SALE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated February 19, 2014, and to an order rescheduling foreclosure sale, dated May 29, 2014, and entered in Case No. 2010-CA-013431 of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein BANK OF AMERICA, N.A., is Plaintiff and GHADA E. ABDO A/K/A GHADA ABDO, et al., are Defendant, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via an online auction at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00 A.M. on the 20th day of August, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 20, SEVER'S LANDING PHASE I, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 96, PAGES 61 THROUGH 64, PF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Property Address: 695 Samantha Drive, Palm Harbor, FL 34683
and all fixtures and personal property located therein or thereon, which are included as security in Plaintiff's mortgage.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
