NOTICE OF SALE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated July 16, 2014, and entered in Case No. 09-001159-CI of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein WELLS FARGO BANK, N.A., AS TRUSTEE FOR STRUCTURED ASSET SECURITIES CORPORATION (SASCO) 2007-BC, is Plaintiff and Daniel J. Mccarthy and Daniel Canada, are Defendant, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via an online auction at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00 A.M. on the 15th day of August, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot 64, Lake Pines Estates Unit 3, according to the Map or Plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 34, Page 16, of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida
Property Address: 1917 Palm Dr, Clearwater, Florida 33763
and all fixtures and personal property located therein or thereon, which are included as security in Plaintiff's mortgage.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
