NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Plaintiff's Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated June 12, 2014, and entered in Case No. 13-1269-CI-15, of the Circuit Court for the Sixth Judicial Circuit, in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein RACHEL H. MAXWELL, UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF THOMAS MARTIN, any and all UNKNOWN HEIRS, BENEFICIARIES, DEVISEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES, and all others who may claim an interest in the ESTATE OF THOMAS MARTIN, DECEASED, WILLIAM MARGETKO, SR. and WILLIAM MARGETKO, JR., and any and all UNKNOWN PERSONS in possession of the subject property, are Defendants, the Pinellas County Clerk of Court shall sell at public sale in an online sale at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, beginning at 10:00 a.m. on August 13, 2014, to the highest bidder for cash, the following property, as set forth in the final judgment, to wit:
Unit 8224B, WILLIAMSBURG, a Condominium, together with an undivided share in the common elements appurtenant thereto, according to the Declaration of Condominium as recorded in O.R. Book 4694, Page 457, et seq., and all its attachments and amendments, and as recorded in Condominium Plat Book 28, Pages 108 through 111, Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.
