NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure dated January 14, 2014 and an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated June 10, 2014, entered in Civil Case No.: 13-4213-CI-15 of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein NATIONSTAR MORTGAGE LLC, Plaintiff, and QUYEN VO; THUY DANG; BEAZER HOMES CORP; SAWGRASS VILLAGE HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC., are Defendants.
KEN BURKE, The Clerk of the Circuit Court, will sell to the highest bidder for cash, at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM, on the 1st day of October, 2014, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment, to wit:
LOT 96, SAWGRASS VILLAGE, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 131, PAGES 71 THROUGH 87, INCLUSIVE, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk no later than 60 days after the sale. If you fail to file a claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After 60 days, only the owner of record as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
