Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure or Order dated July 29, 2014, entered in Civil Case No. 14-001710-CO, in the COUNTY COURT in and for PINELLAS County, Florida, wherein TALL PINES ESTATES PHASE VI TRACT II HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC. is the Plaintiff, and KEVIN WEBER, et al., are the Defendants, I will sell the property situated in PINELLAS County, Florida, described as:
Lot 24, TALL PINES ESTATES, PHASE VI, TRACT II, according to the map or plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 102, Page 59, of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 a.m. on the 29th day of August, 2014. Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
