NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Resetting Foreclosure Sale dated the 30th day of June, 2014, and entered in Case No. 2013-CA-014437-O, of the Circuit Court of the 9TH Judicial Circuit in and for Orange County, Florida, wherein FEDERAL NATIONAL MORTGAGE ASSOCIATION is the Plaintiff and ARTHUR L. TAYLOR A/K/A ARTHUR LEE TAYLOR; MIDLAND FUNDING LLC AS SUCCESSOR IN INTEREST TO CITIBANK and UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The foreclosure sale is hereby scheduled to take place on-line on the 19th day of August, 2014 at 11:00 AM at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com. The Orange County Clerk of Court shall sell the property described to the highest bidder for cash after giving notice as required by section 45.031, Florida statutes, as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
THE SOUTH 17 FEET OF LOT 5, BLOCK G, TOWN OF APOPKA, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK A, PAGE 109, PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA
AND
THE NORTH 34 FEET OF THE SOUTH 51 FEET OF LOT 5, BLOCK G, TOWN OF APOPKA, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK A, PAGE 109, PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
