NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order or Final Judgment entered in Case No 2013CA012015 of the Circuit court of the Ninth Judicial Circuit in and for Orange, Florida, wherein WELLS FARGO BANK, N.A. AS SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO WACHOVIA BANK, N.A., Plaintiff, and LUKE INVESTMENTS, INC., EMRE URALLI, CITI INVESTMENTS, LLC, A FLORIDA LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANY, PARK NORTH CHENEY PLACE CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC., UNKNOWN TENANT #1 N/K/A DERRICK TABACO, UNKNOWN TENANT #2 N/K/A LORENZO BODIE, Defendants, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest bidder for cash online located at www.myOrangeClerk.realforeclose.com at the hour of 11:00 a.m. on the 4th day of September, 2014, the following property:
UNIT 126, OF PARK NORTH CHENEY PLACE CONDOMINIUM, A CONDOMINIUM ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 7712, PAGE 2212, AND ALL ITS ATTACHMENTS AND AMENDMENTS THERETO, ALL IN THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH PARKING SPACE NUMBERS 42 & 342, AS DESCRIBED IN THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
