NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated March 18, 2014, entered in Case No. 2013-CA-008025-O of the Circuit Court of the Ninth Judicial Circuit, in and for Orange County, Florida, wherein Bank of America, N.A. is the Plaintiff and James E. Burdick; Evelyn M. Burdick; Unknown Tenant #1; Unknown Tenant #2 are the Defendants, that the Clerk of Courts will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com, beginning at 11:00 on the 25th day of August, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
THE EAST ½ OF LOT 1, BLOCK D, ROCK SPRINGS HOMESITES, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK S, PAGE 12, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
