YOU ARE NOTIFIED, that an action to foreclose a mortgage on the following property in Charlotte County, Florida:
Lots 3 and 4, Block 4, GROVE CITY TERRACE, as recorded in Plat Book 3, Page 18, Public Records of Charlotte County, Florida.

Less and Except

A portion of Lot 3, Block 4, GROVE CITY TERRACE, as recorded in Plat Book 3, Page 18, Public Records of Charlotte County, Florida, more particularly described as follows:

Begin at a point being the southwest corner of said Lot 3; thence N 23°15'00” W along the right-of-way line of State Road 775 (Placida Road) a distance of 4.93 feet to a point; thence N 67°16'00” E a distance of 109.47 feet along a line of 10.10 feet southeast and parallel to an existing restaurant to a point; thence S 23°17'46” E a distance of 4.93 feet to a point 10.10 feet northeast of the rear wall of an existing motel (note said prior three monumented by 5/8” iron rod bearing designation LB6695) and a point on the South line of said Lot 3; thence S 67°16'00” W along said South line a distance of 109.42 feet to the point of beginning.
