NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated July 31, 2014, and entered in Case No. 08-2013-CA-003347 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Charlotte County, Florida in which U.S. Bank, National Association, Successor Trustee to Bank of America, N.A., as Successor to LaSalle Bank, N.A. as Trustee for the Merrill Lynch First Franklin Mortgage Loan Trust, Mortgage Loan Asset-Backed Certificates, Series 2007-3, is the Plaintiff and Carlos Betancourt, Jr. and Erika Lizano, are defendants, the Charlotte County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on at www.charlotte.realforeclose.com, Charlotte County, Florida at 11:00 AM on the 30 day of October, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
LOT 12, BLOCK 380, PORT CHARLOTTE SUBDIVISION, SECTION 23, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 5, PAGES 14A THROUGH 14E, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF CHARLOTTE COUTY, FLORIDA.
