Notice is hereby GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated July 29, 2014, and entered in Case No. 11-2013-CA-002811-0001XX of the Circuit Court of the 20th Judicial Circuit in and for COLLIER County, Florida, wherein LESLIE FRANKEL, ZISI FRANKEL, SERENA AT FIDDLER=S CREEK CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC., FIDDLER=S CREEK FOUNDATION, INC., and TONYA LOVERN, are the Defendants. I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash ON THE THIRD FLOOR LOBBY OF THE COURTHOUSE ANNEX, COLLIER COUNTY COURTHOUSE, 3315 TAMIAMI TRAIL EAST, NAPLES, FL 34112 at 11:00 A.M. on the 25 day of August, 2014, the following described property set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT 101, BUILDING 16, PHASE XVI, SERENA AT FIDDLER'S CREEK, A CONDOMINIUM, TOGETHER WITH THE PRO RATA INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS AND COMMON PROPERTY OF THE CONDOMINIUM AND LIMITED COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO, MORE PARTICULARLY DELINEATED AND IDENTIFIED IN THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM OF SERENA, A CONDOMINIUM AS RECORDED IN THE OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 4178, AT PAGE 1571 ET SEQ, PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA AND AS AMENDED.
