Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered in the above-styled cause, in the Circuit Court of Collier County, Florida, the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell the property situate in Collier County, Florida, described as:
Lot 7, HORSE CREEK ESTATES, according to the plat thereof, recorded in Plat Book 41, Pages 74 through 81, of the Public Records of Collier County, Florida.
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash at the Collier County Courthouse, 3rd Floor Lobby of the Courthouse Annex, located at 3315 Tamiami Trail E., Naples, Florida beginning at 11 a.m. on AUGUST 25, 2014.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FUNDS FROM THIS SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS, MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE IN ACCORDANCE WITH SECTION 45.031(1)(a), FLORIDA STATUTES.
