NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order or Summary Final Judgment of foreclosure dated July 29, 2014, and entered in Case No. 112013CA002928XXXXXX of the Circuit Court in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein WELLS FARGO BANK, N.A., AS TRUSTEE FOR THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS OF BANC OF AMERICA ALTERNATIVE LOAN TRUST 2005-3, MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2005-3 is Plaintiff and LANISA DEL-RIO N/K/A LANISA MICHANNE ROBERTS; UNKNOWN TENANT NO. 1; UNKNOWN TENANT NO. 2; and ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING INTERESTS BY, THROUGH, UNDER OR AGAINST A NAMED DEFENDANT TO THIS ACTION, OR HAVING OR CLAIMING TO HAVE ANY RIGHT, TITLE OR INTEREST IN THE PROPERTY HEREIN DESCRIBED, are Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at the lobby on the third floor of the Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112.,11:00 a.m. on the August 27, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Order or Final Judgment, to-wit:
THE NORTH 1/3 OF THE NORTH 1/2 OF THE SOUTHEAST 1/4 OF THE SOUTHWEST 1/4 OF THE SOUTHWEST 1/4, AS DIVIDED ON THE EAST AND WEST LINES OF SECTION 9, TOWNSHIP 50 SOUTH, RANGE 26 EAST, LESS THE WEST 30 FEET FOR THE RIGHT-OF-WAY.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
Pursuant to Florida Statute 45.031(2), this notice shall be published twice, once a week for two consecutive weeks, with the last publication being at least 5 days prior to the sale.
