Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure for Plaintiff entered in this cause on July 30, 2014, in the Circuit Court of Collier County, Florida, I will sell the property situated in Collier County, Florida described as:
LOT(S) 14, BLOCK G OF KINGS LAKE, UNIT 1 AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 12, PAGE 68 AND 69, ET SEQ., OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
and commonly known as: 3060 ROUND TABLE LANE, NAPLES, FL 34112; including the building, appurtenances, and fixtures located therein, at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, the lobby on the third floor of the Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112. Naples, FL, on August 27, 2014 at 11:00 a.m..
Any persons claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
