Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure for Plaintiff entered in this cause on July 30, 2014, in the Circuit Court of Collier County, Florida, I will sell the property situated in Collier County, Florida described as:
UNIT A-206, VICTORIA SHORES A, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 2161, PAGE 600-699, PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH ITS UNDIVIDED INTEREST OR SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO, AND ANY AMENDMENTS THERETO.
and commonly known as: 9660 VICTORIA LN APT 206, NAPLES, FL 34109; including the building, appurtenances, and fixtures located therein, at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, the lobby on the third floor of the Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112. Naples, FL, on August 28, 2014 at 11:00 a.m..
Any persons claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
