NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that sale will be made pursuant to an Order or Final Summary Judgment. Final Judgment was awarded on July 29, 2014 in Civil Case No. 11-2013-CA-000037, of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein, US BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE, SUCCESSOR IN INTEREST TO WACHOVIA BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION AS TRUSTEE FOR GSAA HOME EQUITY TRUST 2005-14 is the Plaintiff, and GARY S. VIGGIANO; ELAINE T. VIGGIANO; WELLS FARGO BANK N.A., SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO WACHOVIA BANK, N.A.; THE PLAYERS CLUB AND SPA, L.L.C.; MUSTANG ISLAND HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; LELY RESORT MASTER PROPERTY OWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; UNKNOWN TENANT #1; UNKNOWN TENANT #2; UNKNOWN TENANT #3 TO #4; are Defendants.
The clerk of the court will sell to the highest bidder for cash at 11:00 AM in the lobby on the 3rd floor of the Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples FL 34112 on this 27 day of August, 2014, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment, to wit:
LOT 140, MUSTANG ISLAND, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 37, PAGE 37 TO 40 INCLUSIVE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.

ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
