NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order dated July 14, 2014, entered in Case No. 2012CA002035AX of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit, in and for Manatee County, Florida, wherein Ocwen Loan Servicing LLC is the Plaintiff and Manny Goldman and/or The Unknown Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, Assignees, Lienors, Crediotrs, Trustees and All Other Parties Claiming an Interest By, Through, Under or Against Manny Goldman, Deceased; Unknown Spouse of Manny Goldman; Woodland Green Condominium Association, Inc.; Unknown Tenant #1; Unknown Tenant #2 are the Defendants, that the Clerk of Courts will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.manatee.realforeclose.com, beginning at 11:00 AM on the 20th day of August, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT B-10, WOODLAND GREEN, A CONDOMINIUM (F.K.A. WOODLAND GREEN II), A CONDOMINIUM ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 1138, PAGE 30, TOGETHER WITH AGREEMENT FOR MERGER RECORDED IN O.R. BOOK 1292, PAGE 637, AND AMENDMENTS THERETO, AND AS PER PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM BOOK 19, PAGE 131, AND AMENDMENTS THERETO OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
