GREENFIELD, et al., are the Defendants, Manatee County Clerk of Court will sell the property situated in Manatee County, Florida, described as:
CONDOMINIUM UNIT 173, BUILDING 11, BURGUNDY UNIT ONE, A CONDOMINIUM, TOGETHER WITH ANY INTREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF RECORDED IN OFFICAL RECORD BOOK 895, PAGE 31, AS AMENDED FROM TIME TO TIME, AND AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM BOOK 8, PAGES 49-55, INCLUSIVE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at www.manatee.realforeclose.com at 11:00 AM, on the 28th day of August, 2014. Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
