YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that an action has been commenced to foreclose a Claim of Lien on the following described real property, lying and situated in Sarasota County, Florida, more particularly described as
Unit 38, SIESTA HARBOR CONDOMINIUM APARTMENTS, SECTION ONE, a Condominium according to the Declaration of Condominium recorded in Official Records Book 766, Page 478, and amendments thereto, and as per plat thereof, recorded in Condominium Book 3, Page 7, and amendments thereto of the Public Records of Sarasota County, Florida.
Said property having a street address of 1257 S. Portofino Drive, Unit 38, Sarasota, FL 34242.
This action has been filed against you and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, upon the Plaintiff's attorney, The Law Offices of Kevin T. Wells, P.A., 1800 Second Street, Suite 808, within thirty (30) days after the first publication of this notice and file the original with the Clerk of this Court either before or after service on the Plaintiff's attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise, a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
