NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated May 8, 2014, entered in Case No. 2010 CA 012428 NC of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit, in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein The Bank of New York Mellon Trust Company, National Association, f/k/a The Bank of New York Trust Company, N.A., as Successor to JPMorgan Chase Bank, N.A. as Trustee for RAMP 2004RS6 is the Plaintiff and Dezso Toth; Agnes Valinth; Citibank, N.A. as successor by merger to Citibank, Federal Savings Bank; Sarasota County Utilities Department; Any and all unknown parties claiming by, through, under, and against the herein named individual defendant(s) who are not known to be dead or alive, whether said unknown parties may claim an interest as spouses, heirs, devisees, grantees, or other claimants; whose name is fictitious to account for parties in possession are the Defendants, that the Clerk of Courts will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, beginning at 9:00 AM on the 21st day of August, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:

COMMENCE AT THE MOST EASTERLY CORNER OF LOT 70; THENCE S 42Ëš 58'04” W, ALONG THE SOUTHEASTERLY LINE OF LOT 70, A DISTANCE OF 20.00 FEET FOR A POB; THENCE CONTINUE S 42Ëš 59'04” W ALONG SAID LINE, 70.97 FEET; THENCE N 27Ëš 07'35” E, 52.79 FEET; THEN N 78Ëš29'44” E, 24.8 FEET TO THE POB; LESS THEREFROM: THAT PORTION OF LOT 71 OF SAID DESOTO LAKES, UNIT NO. 3, DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS: COMMENCE AT THE MOST EASTERLY LINE OF SAID LOT 71, A DISTANCE OF 20.00 FEET; THENCE S 78Ëš29'44” W, 24.80 FEET; THENCE S 27Ëš07'35” W, 52.79 FEET FOR A POB; THENCE S 17Ëš01'24” W, 40 FEET MORE OR LESS, TO THE WATERS OF CROWN LAKES; THENCE NORTHWESTERLY ALONG SAID WATERS, 18.2 FEET, MORE OR LESS TO ITS INTERSECTION WITH THE SAID NORTHWESTERLY ALONG SAID WATERS, 18.2 FEET MORE OR LESS TO ITS INTERSECTION OF SAID NORTHWESTERLY LINE OF LOT 71; THENCE N 42Ëš58'04” E, ALONG SAID NORTHWESTERLY LINE OF LOT 71, A DISTANCE OF 41.03 FEET, MORE OR LESS, TO THE POB.
