LOT 35 AND THE EAST 10 FEET OF LOT 33, TAMIAMI TERRACE, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 1, PAGE 93, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
