NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order of Consent Uniform Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure In Rem dated July 25, 2014, entered in Civil Case No. 58-2011-CA-003326 NC of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest bidder for cash on the 26th day of August, 2014, at 9:00 a.m. online at the website: https://www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, relative to the following described property as set forth in the Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 24, BLOCK 1484, 30TH ADDITION TO PORT CHARLOTTE SUBDIVISION, A SUBDIVISION ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 15, PAGES 14, 14A THROUGH 14Q, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
