NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated July 30, 2014, and entered in Case No. 2010 CA 000451 NC Div. C of the Circuit Court of the 12th Judicial Circuit, in and for SARASOTA County, Florida, wherein WELLS FARGO BANK, N.A., ALSO KNOWN AS WACHOVIA MORTGAGE, A DIVISION OF WELLS FARGO BANK, N.A., FORMERLY KNOWN AS WACHOVIA MORTGAGE, FSB, FORMERLY KNOWN AS WORLD SAVINGS BANK, FSB, is the Plaintiff and WOODROW A. STEWART, COAST PUMP & SUPPLY
COMPANY, INC., UNKNOWN TENANT# 1 n/k/a MICHLLE HASELER, are the Defendants, the Clerk of the Court shall offer for sale to the highest bidder for cash on September 5, 2014, beginning at 9:00 A.M., at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment lying and being situate in SARASOTA County, Florida, to wit:
Lot 34, Block 448, of 9TH ADDITION TO PORT CHARLOTTE
SUBDIVISION, according to the map or plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 12, Pages 21A-21S, of the Public Records of Sarasota County, Florida.

ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE. THE CLERK SHALL RECEIVE A SERVICE CHARGE OF UP TO $70 FOR SERVICES IN MAKING, RECORDING, AND CERTIFYING THE SALE AND TITLE THAT SHALL BE ASSESSED AS COSTS. THE COURT, IN ITS DISCRETION, MAY ENLARGE THE TIME OF THE SALE. NOTICE OF THE CHANGED TIME OF SALE SHALL BE PUBLISHED AS PROVIDED HEREIN.
