NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, pursuant to a Final Judgment dated February 18, 2014, and an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale, entered in Case No.: 2013 CA 008965 NC of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, the Clerk of the Court will sell the property situated in Sarasota County, Florida, described as:
Unit 1301, Building 13, FAIRWAY BAY, a condominium, according to the Declaration of Condominium thereof, as recorded in Official Records Book 1545, Page 1574, as thereafter amended, and as per Plat thereof recorded in Condominium Book 19, Page 30, as thereafter amended, of the Public Records Sarasota County, Florida.
to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, at 9:00 a.m. on the 2nd day of September, 2014.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN SIXTY (60) DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
