NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, pursuant to an order rescheduling the foreclosure sale dated July 21st, 2014, and entered in Case No. 2012 CA 007803 NC, of the Circuit Court of the Fourteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida. M & T Bank, Plaintiff and WILLIAM SUMLIN A/K/A WILLIAM B. SUMLIN, DECEASED; CHARLES E. SUMLIN; GARY E. SUMLIN; ET AL, are defendants. The Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash on www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, SALE BEGINNING AT 09:00 AM on this August 27th, 2014, the following described property as set forth in the Final Judgment, dated April 7th, 2014:
LOT 90, CEDAR CREEK, UNIT NO. IV AMENDED, AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 32, PAGES 16 THROUGH 16E, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
