NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order dated July 21, 2014, entered in Case No. 2009 CA 004772 NC of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit, in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein Bank of America, National Association is the Plaintiff and Geraldine Gobourne; Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, inc; Kandi Williams; Unknown Spouse of Geraldine Gobourne a/k/a Ronald Gobourne are the Defendants, that the Clerk of Courts will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, beginning at 9:00 AM on the 25th day of August, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOTS 14 AND 15, BLOCK C, LENRAY HEIGHTS, AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 1, PAGES 43 AND 44, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
