NOTICE OF SALE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated July 25, 2014, and entered in Case No. 2009 CA 006282 NC of the Circuit Court of the 12th Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR TBW, MORTGAGE-BACKED PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-3, is Plaintiff and ELLIE M. SODERQUIST, MARK A. SODERQUIST, CORPORATE CREATIONS NETWORK, INC., ET AL, are Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via online at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com at 9:00 A.M. on the 29th day of August, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot 358, Overbrook Gardens Subdivision, Unit 3, according to the Plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 10, Page(s) 27 and 27A, inclusive, of the Public Records of Sarasota County, Florida.

and all fixtures and personal property located therein or thereon, which are included as security in Plaintiff's mortgage.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
