Myers, Florida, the office of Linda Doggett will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.lee.realforeclose.com at 9:00 am on the 24 day of November 2014 the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOT 5, TIMBER RUN, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 63, PAGE 53 AND 54, PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
