the Twentieth Judicial Circuit, in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein Bank of America, N.A., successor by merger to BAC Home Loans Servicing, LP fka Countrywide Home Loans Servicing, LP is the Plaintiff and Susan P. Clark; Unknown Spouse of Susan P. Clark; Capital One Bank (USA) N.A., fka Capital One Bank; Unknown Tenant #1; Unknown Tenant #2 are the Defendants, that I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.lee.realforeclose.com, beginning at 9:00 AM on November 26, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 1, BLOCK 2, FIESTA VILLAGE FIRST ADDITION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 12, PAGE 135, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
