NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of foreclosure filed July 29, 2014, and entered in Case No. 12-CA-051391 of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for LEE COUNTY, Florida, wherein HSBC BANK USA, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR DBALT 2005-AR1, is Plaintiff, and AURA Y. PINEROS, et al are Defendants, the clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 9:00 am at www.lee.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 26 day of November, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot 2, Block 46, Unit 4, Lehigh Acres, Section 27, Township 44 South, Range 26 East, Lehigh Acres, according to the plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 15, Page 77, of the Public Records of Lee County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
