NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an order rescheduling foreclosure sale or Final Judgment, entered in Civil Case No. 2013-CA-051719 of the Circuit Court of the 20th Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein Nationstar Mortgage LLC, Plaintiff and Christopher Shane Wallen a/k/a Christopher Wallen and Samantha Jean Wallen a/k/a Samantha Wallen are defendant(s), I, Clerk of Court, Linda Doggett, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash BEGINNING 9:00 A.M. AT WWW.LEE.REALFORECLOSE.COM IN ACCORDANCE WITH CHAPTER 45 FLORIDA STATUTES on December 29, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
