NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 17th day of July, 2014, and entered in Case No. 2012 CA 005175 NC, of the Circuit Court of the 12TH Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR BANC OF AMERICA FUNDING CORPORATION MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-G is the Plaintiff and JUNE A. PLANK; THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON FKA THE BANK OF NEW YORK, AS SUCCESSOR TRUSTEE TO JPMORGAN CHASE BANK, N.A., AS TRUSTEE ON BEHALF OF THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS OF THE CWHEQ INC., CWHEQ REVOLVING HOME EQUITY LOAN TRUST, SERIES 2006-A; SADDLE CREEK OWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; GERARD M. PLANK, JR. A/K/A GERALD M. PLANK, JR. and UNKNOWN TENANT (S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com at, 9:00 AM on the 26th day of August, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 127, SADDLE CREEK, UNIT 3, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 28, PAGE 30, 30A THROUGH 30D, INCLUSIVE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
