Rocha, Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Incorporated as a Nominee for Countrywide Bank NA, Tamaron Homeowners Association, Inc., are defendants, the Sarasota County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash the Internet: www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, Sarasota County, Florida at 9:00am on the 4th day of September, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
