The Lee County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on Lee County's Public Auction website: www.lee.realforeclose.com, at 9:00 am on the 26 day of November, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure.
LOT 25, BLOCK 4471, OF UNIT 63, CAPE CORAL SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT, THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 21, PAGE 48, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
