NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure dated July 31, 2014, entered in Civil Case No.: 2013 CA 001266 NC of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein FEDERAL NATIONAL MORTGAGE ASSOCIATION, Plaintiff, and THE ESTATE OF JERRY DAWANGA, DECEASED; PELICAN POINTE GOLF & COUNTRY CLUB PROPERTY OWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC; JUDY KAY TRACY A/K/A JUDY TRACY, PERSONALLY AND AS PERSONAL REPRESENTATIVE OF THE ESTATE OF JERRY DAWANGA, DECEASED; UNKNOWN HEIRS, BENEFICIARIES, DEVISEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES AND ALL OTHERS WHO MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST IN THE ESTATE OF JERRY DAWANGA, DECEASED; THE VILLAS AT PELICAN POINTE OWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; and ALL OTHER UNKNOWN PARTIES, including, if a named Defendant is deceased, the personal representatives, the surviving spouse, heirs, devisees, grantees, creditors, and all other parties claiming, by, through, under or against that Defendant, and all claimants, persons or parties, natural or corporate, or whose exact legal status is unknown, claiming under any of the above named or described Defendants, are Defendants.
KAREN E. RUSHING, The Clerk of the Circuit Court, will sell to the highest bidder for cash, www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, at 09:00 AM, on the 4th day of September, 2014, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment, to wit:
LOT 254, PELICAN POINTE GOLF & COUNTRY CLUB, UNIT 6, AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 40, PAGES 18, 18A THRU 18G, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk no later than 60 days after the sale. If you fail to file a claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After 60 days, only the owner of record as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
