NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure dated August 04, 2014, entered in Civil Case No.: 2013 CA 002362 NC (A) of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein FEDERAL NATIONAL MORTGAGE ASSOCIATION, Plaintiff, and ESTATE OF RICHARD G. KAYE; BANK OF AMERICA, N.A.; WEXFORD ON THE GREEN HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; THE PLANTATION MANAGEMENT ASSOCIATION, INC.; CHARLES R. KAYE; DAVID A. KAYE A/K/A DAVID ALAN KAYE; DORIS ANN MUNDT; UNKNOWN HEIRS, BENEFICIARIES, DEVISEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES AND ALL OTHERS WHO MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST IN THE ESTATE OF RICHARD G. KAYE , DECEASED; and ALL OTHER UNKNOWN PARTIES, including, if a named Defendant is deceased, the personal representatives, the surviving spouse, heirs, devisees, grantees, creditors, and all other parties claiming, by, through, under or against that Defendant, and all claimants, persons or parties, natural or corporate, or whose exact legal status is unknown, claiming under any of the above named or described Defendants, are Defendants.
KAREN E. RUSHING, The Clerk of the Circuit Court, will sell to the highest bidder for cash, www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, at 09:00 AM, on the 11th day of September, 2014, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment, to wit:
LOT 28, OF WEXFORD ON THE GREEN, PHASE 1, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 38, PAGE 6, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk no later than 60 days after the sale. If you fail to file a claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After 60 days, only the owner of record as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
