NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure dated August 04, 2014, entered in Civil Case No.: 2013 CA 006176 NC of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein FEDERAL NATIONAL MORTGAGE ASSOCIATION, Plaintiff, and TIM LEE COHEN A/K/A TIM LEE SCHUBACH A/K/A TIM L. SCHUBACH; APRIL ANN BARAN A/K/A APRIL ANN BARAN COHEN A/K/A APRIL BARAN A/K/A APRIL A. BARAN; THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON FKA THE BANK OF NEW YORK,AS TRUSTEE FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS OF THE CWHEQ INC., CWHEQ REVOLVING HOMEEQUITY LOAN TRUST,SERIES 2007-C; HARRY M. ANDERSON, JR.; and ALL OTHER UNKNOWN PARTIES, including, if a named Defendant is deceased, the personal representatives, the surviving spouse, heirs, devisees, grantees, creditors, and all other parties claiming, by, through, under or against that Defendant, and all claimants, persons or parties, natural or corporate, or whose exact legal status is unknown, claiming under any of the above named or described Defendants, are Defendants.

LOT 12, BLISS ESTATES SUBDIVISION, AS PER PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 23, PAGE 28, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.

If you fail to file a claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After 60 days, only the owner of record as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
