CONSTANTINE A/K/A MICHAEL A. CONSTATINE; JODI P CONSTANTINE; REGIONS BANK, SUCCESSOR BY MERGER WITH AMSOUTH BANK; TENANT #1 N/K/A JOSH M. CONSTANTINE are the Defendants, The Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at WWW.LEE.REALFORECLOSE.COM at 9:00AM, on the 29 day of August, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
