Parker,a Single Man to Stephen J. Jaecques & Joyce M. Jaecques, Husband & Wife, dated 09/02/2005 and recorded with the Lee County Clerk of Court as instrument No. 2005000018600.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
