UNIT NO. 2102, GRAND PINES CONDOMINIUM AT HUNTERS RIDGE, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM, RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 2687 PAGE 2325, AND ALL EXHIBITS AND AMENDMENTS THEREOF, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA; TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN AND TO THE COMMON ELELMENTS AS DESCRIBED IN SAID DECLARATION APPURTENANT THERETO.
