Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure for Plaintiff entered in this cause on July 14, 2014, in the Circuit Court of Pasco County, Florida, Paula O'Neil, Clerk of the Circuit Court, will sell the property situated in Pasco County, Florida described as:
A PORTION OF LOTS 41 AND 42 OF EAST GATE ESTATES, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 7, PAGE 92, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA, FURTHER DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS: COMMENCE AT THE NORTHWEST CORNER OF SAID LOT 42; THENCE RUN ALONG THE NORTH LINE OF SAID LOT 42, S 89°31'02” E, 90.80 FEET FOR A POINT OF BEGINNING; THENCE CONTINUE S 89°31'02” E, 68.75 FEET; THENCE S 8°07'37” W, 150.23 FEET; THENCE 60 FEET ALONG THE ARC OF A CURVE TO THE LEFT, SAID CURVE HAVING A RADIUS OF 1,049.66 FEET AND A CHORD OF 59.99 FEET WHICH BEARS N 89°03'38” W; THENCE N 4°51'07” E, 143.02 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING.
and commonly known as: 6845 CAROB DR, NEW PORT RICHEY, FL 34653; including the building, appurtenances, and fixtures located therein, at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, www.pasco.realforeclose.com, on August 28, 2014 at 11:00 AM.
Any persons claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
