NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of foreclosure dated July 10, 2014, and entered in Case No. 51-2013-CA-001944-CAAX-WS of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for PASCO COUNTY, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR CREDIT SUISSE FIRST BOSTON MORTGAGE SECURITIES CORPORATION TRUST 2004-4, MORTGAGE-BACKED PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2004-4, is Plaintiff, and PAUL M. LANGROCK, et al are Defendants, the clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 11:00 AM at www.pasco.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 25 day of August, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot 27, RIDGE CREST GARDENS FIRST ADDITION, as per plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 13, Pages 86, 87 and 88 of the Public Records of Pasco County, Florida
