NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated July 24, 2014 and entered in Case No. 51-2014-CA-001280-WS in the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida, in which June A. Scofield, as Trustee of the June A. Scofield Revocable Trust dated 04/29/94 is the Plaintiff and Marcia R. Mihall, Citibank (South Dakota) N.A. and Unknown Tenant are the Defendants, the Pasco County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash online at www.pasco.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45 Florida Statutes, at 11:00 AM on the 22th day of August, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
Lot 210, VETERANS VILLAS PHASE THREE, as recorded in Plat Book 19, Pages 92 and 93, according to the Public Records of Pasco County, Florida, together with all improvements thereon.

Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
