YOU ARE NOTIFIED that a civil action has been filed against you in the Circuit Court, County of Pasco, State of Florida, to foreclose certain real property described as follows:

You are required to file a written response with the Court and serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to it on Timothy D. Padgett, Plaintiff's attorney, whose address is 6267 Old Water Oak Road, Suite 203, Tallahassee, Florida 32312, at least thirty (30) days from the date of first publication, and file the original with the clerk of this court either before service on Plaintiff's attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise, a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the complaint. *on or before Sep 8 2014
