Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to Plaintiff's Final Summary Judgment Of Foreclosure entered in the above-captioned action, I will sell the property situated in Pasco County, Florida, described as follows, to wit:
THE EAST ½ OF THE EAST ½ OF THE NORTHWEST 1/4 OF THE SOUTHWEST 1/4 OF SECTION 24, TOWNSHIP 24 SOUTH, RANGE 21 EAST, PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA. LESS THE NORTH 976.86 FEET AND LESS THE EAST 70.70 FEET THEREOF, LESS RIGHT-OF-WAY FOR SPARKMAN ROAD, PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA
Commonly known as: 39151 SPARKMAN ROAD, DADE CITY, FLORIDA 33525,
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash in an online auction on www.pasco.realforeclose.com on the 27 day of August, 2014 at 11:00a.m. (EST)
If you are a subordinate lien holder claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the Clerk of Court no later than 60 days after the sale. If you fail to file a claim, you will not be entitled to any remaining funds.
